Kat and Morgan’s wedding day rolled was here before we knew it! We had such a fun and spectacular time with them at their engagement session at the Irving Nature Park. We were curious to see how they’d bring their personalities to life on their wedding day.
They chose to say their vows and tie the knot in the presence of close family and friends on the rooftop of The Algonquin! The scenery was breathtaking. It was the perfect backdrop for their intimate ceremony. It was distraction-free and allowed their guests to focus on them. We don’t know about you, but we care about ceremonies. The ceremony is where couples vow to love and commit to each other for as long as they live…that’s a big deal! The last thing you want is to have distractions for you or your guests.
You may recall how Kat and Morgan brought out the inner beauty in each other at their engagement shoot. They did not fail to deliver on their wedding day! As a surprise, Kat bought Morgan a Top Hat. They have different tastes in fashion. He pined for one. It was below the last thing on Kat’s list of wants. Even so, Kat surprised Morgan with one and Morgan was over-the-moon! That is an example of love, when you sacrifice your preference for the joy of the other.
There is one last element we want to highlight from Kat and Morgan’s wedding day. They did not want to do a first look, but they wanted to have a moment with each other before they tied knot. So we found a spot where they could stand back-to-back and revel in the fact that they were about to get married. It doesn’t get sweeter than this.
