Heather and Craig’s May wedding was the perfect start to our wedding season! We’ve mentioned time and time again how every wedding is unique and special and not necessarily because of the decor or color theme, but rather, the people. We especially love the grandparents! They hold a special place in our hearts. They are a testament to time, to life! And it was evidently special at Heather and Craig’s wedding. It was such a privilege to be part of a celebration where there were 7 grandparents! SEVEN! That was a definite highlight for us. Anyone would’ve understood if any one of Heather and Craig’s grandparents were unable to come the wedding (some of them are in their 80s and 90s) but the fact that they were all present at Heather and Craig’s wedding spoke loudly of their affection, love, dedication, and commitment to their family and to Heather and Craig. So incredibly special!
A recognized Contralto, Heather has performed to many, many people. So what really stood out to us was how important it was to her that her wedding day feel like a wedding day and not a performance. We loved this! We loved the intentionality with which Heather and Craig approached their wedding day, and we loved the personal touches they incorporated at the Riverside Country Club! The automobile seat chart and table themes (ahem…ahem…Craig), the hand-made signs, the family tree, and the beautiful gluten-free cake made by bridesmaid Jossilynn!
Thank you for trusting to capture your special day Heather and Craig!
